All returned electronics must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a processing.

Pack Your Device
Carefully place the gadget in its original box with all chargers and manuals, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print our prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
